1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdjil ("bdjil", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bdjil.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdjil platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services provided by bdjil, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, card games, promotional offers, and any payment services facilitated through the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdjil platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the bdjil platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing a bet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bdjil operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and any winnings voided.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The bdjil platform is directed at players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bdjil makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in jurisdictions other than those for which the platform is designed.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one bdjil account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If bdjil discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any associated bonuses will be forfeited, and the primary account may be suspended pending investigation.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. bdjil reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). In order to process withdrawals or at bdjil's discretion, you may be required to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures. This may include submission of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdjil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdjil support immediately at [email protected]. Upon notification, bdjil will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity during the investigation period.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure by bdjil. bdjil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• bdjil has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
• The account is associated with money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• There is reasonable suspicion that the account is operated by automated software or a bot;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require bdjil to take such action.

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your bdjil account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing the account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification procedures. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened; a new registration will be required.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdjil reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per calendar month to dormant accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bdjil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjil does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed during the transaction process. bdjil reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdjil account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect. bdjil accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts will be processed by bdjil within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to any applicable security checks. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an exception is approved by bdjil's finance team. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player prior to processing.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance. bdjil is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. bdjil reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending an AML review and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Players must not use bdjil to process funds that have been derived from any unlawful activity.

4.6 Transaction Fees. bdjil does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, over which bdjil has no control. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by bdjil are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for the matter in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and shared device. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same promotion by creating duplicate accounts or sharing devices will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively fulfilling its wagering requirements will not be adversely affected by changes made after the point of claim unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

6. Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability. The availability of specific games, betting markets, and features on the bdjil platform may vary and is subject to change without notice. bdjil does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market and shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of a game or market becoming unavailable.

6.2 Bets Once Placed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bdjil, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details, including stake amount, selection, and odds, before confirming placement. bdjil accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

6.3 Void Bets and Markets. bdjil reserves the right to void any bet or declare a market void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical faults, incorrect odds publication, data feed errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or any other circumstance that renders the outcome of a bet undeterminable. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 Palpable Errors. Where bdjil publishes odds or game outcomes that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), bdjil reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets placed at the erroneous price. A palpable error includes, without limitation, odds that are obviously incorrect relative to the true market price due to a system, data, or human error.

6.5 Random Number Generation. 11.3 Maximum Liability. Where bdjil is found liable to you under any cause of action, bdjil's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your bdjil account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. bdjil shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, or any other event of force majeure.

12. Amendments to Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may seek resolution through the applicable legal channels.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
